We collect and clean
Your Sudster collects your bag, then washes, dries and folds everything with care. Add ironing or fabric softener if you like.
Back at your door
Your laundry comes home fresh and folded. Give your Sudster your completion code and that's it. If anything is wrong, tell us within 24 hours, before your Sudster is paid.

Where is Sudsy available?
Sudsy works wherever we have Sudsters nearby, and we're growing. Enter your address when you book and we'll tell you straight away if we can collect. If not, we'll know you're there and use it to recruit Sudsters in your area.
What's a Sudster?
A Sudster is a self-employed local person who does laundry from their own home setup. Every Sudster is checked by us before they can take orders, and customers rate them after every order.
When am I charged?
When you book we place a hold on your card for the order amount. The money is taken when your Sudster collects your laundry. Your Sudster is paid 24 hours after your laundry is returned, and if you raise an issue in that time we hold the payment while we look into it. If the order is cancelled before collection, the hold is released and you're not charged.
How much notice do I need to give?
You can book a collection from tomorrow up to a week ahead, and choose morning, afternoon or evening. Choose same day, 24 hour or 48 hour return.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Sudsy works fully in your web browser at sudsy.uk/app. Add it to your home screen for notifications. Our iPhone and Android apps are coming soon, and the same account works everywhere.
